City of Glendale
The City of Glendale is proud to sponsor the Montrose Christmas Parade! 2023 marks the 45th year of the parade, which will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 6:10 p.m. The Montrose Christmas Parade Association works all year long to plan this much loved community event.
The parade staging starts at La Crescenta Ave. & Honolulu Ave. The parade itself begins at Honolulu Ave. & Rosemont Ave. and runs east to Verdugo Rd. The center of the parade and the entire Montrose area is the intersection of Honolulu Ave. & Ocean View Blvd. Parking is available in the open city parking lots (Glendale Lots 1, 2, and 7 WILL be closed), on the open side streets and within the surrounding neighborhoods. Please plan to arrive early, set up some chairs and a blanket, and get some dinner in one of the great Montrose restaurants. Please remember not to set up your chairs and blankets until the day of the parade, and keep in mind that temporary street closures will impact traffic that day, starting at 3:00 p.m.
